To develop Lusk Legacy Foundation involvement at all sanctioned/ non-sanctioned events, parks, facilities, and demonstrations in order to implement and promote safety standards for the protection of all freestyle motocross riders. Riding safety standards include such things as the following:
- Mandatory neck braces for all riders
- Standards for suitable weather conditions for events
- Proper ramps and landings
- Trained US EMT on event sites
- Air ambulance and doctor on site or call for all events
- Safety rules and regulations contract for all promoters domestically and internationally
In order to complete our mission the Lusk Legacy Foundation will also provide a network of skilled legal counsel that will be available for consultation as well as representation.
